• Your booking is invalid if you fail to make payment and upload proof within 3 hours of booking. Expect a payment re-fund
• You are allowed to book just one(1) room or apartment.
• You can only book using a valid International passport or NIN. If you use NIN, validity check may be required through USSD code or NIMC App on your mobile phone.
• Original copy of means of Identification used for registration will be sighted before the release of room or apartment key.
• Key of the room/apartment will not be released by proxy. Please read the instruction on invoice page carefully.

TO PICK UP YOUR APARTMENT KEY, COME ALONG WITH:

1. ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION USED FOR BOOKING. Note that NIN validity check may be required through USSD code or NIMC app on your mobile phone if you choose NIN for registration.
2. PRINTED COPY OF YOUR ONLINE BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
